GroupTube 2.1 – YouTube Video & Music

Improved YouTube for Videos and Music
So far, GroupTube has mostly been used to watch YouTube videos together. It deserves to be among the first apps to receive an update as part of GroupTube 2.0. These are the main points that are added or improved:
- Added: New Interface (especially great for Music)

- Improved: Sync Indicator (shows who paused/played)

New Interface with Playlists and Stars
The YouTube app now has a Sidebar to navigate between all the tabs, like the already known Search, Queue, and History. But you can also create custom Playlists with videos/music, or give Stars to save them quickly.
See who Played/Paused or Added to Queue
The Sync Indicator now shows who just played/paused the current video. Inside the Queue tab, you can now see who added a video/song.
Popular Videos and Item Menus
On the starting page of the Search, we've always had recommendations for our users to watch or listen to. Now there are also global (or regional) categories with currently popular content. The old recommendations have been updated and are still there.
Drag & Drop for Queue, Playlists and Stars
You no longer have to use buttons to reorder the Queue; you can now also use drag and drop to move items. You can also use this to drag videos/music into the Queue or Playlists/Stars within the Sidebar.
Settings Menu for Custom Permissions
You can access a special Group Settings Tab to configure the YouTube app. You can limit which kinds of users can control the player directly, who may add to or edit the queue, and also who may manage the new custom playlists and stars.
Overhauled Dice Roll + Coin Flip Apps
Surprisingly, many people have started using the early versions of the Dice Roll and Coin Flip apps. We saw an easy opportunity to make them much more fun and useful at the same time.

- Added: Custom Dice Count (1-10)
- Added: Dice Types (D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20)
- Added: Coin Side Selection (icons/text)
- Improved: Now uses Cryptographic-level RNG
Multiple Dice and New Types
You can now change the number and type of dice you roll. Click or press Space to roll. Move the 3D perspective by dragging around on it.
Customizable Coin Sides
You can now customize what is shown on the coin's sides. Pick from our selection of icons or write some custom text.
Looking ahead
